Experience

  • Creative lead for the Purple brand, owning vision and execution across brand creative and campaigns. Built and led a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and project managers, improving on-time delivery from 10 to 95%. Led the launch of the Sleep Better, Live Purple campaign, establishing an elevated look, feel, and tone that repositioned the brand from DTC to luxury wellness.

  • Led brand creative across channels, helping modernize the brand form an outdated overly styled aesthetic to a. clean, product-forward visual language. Partnered cross-functionally to improve the customer journey while increasing creative efficiency through streamlined photoshoots and the development of an in-house prop library.

  • Owned creative direction, design, and copy for the Subscriptions & B2B business unit. Led the team in elevating the look, feel, and tone of voice across site, email, social, and paid digital. Developed and directed a new product photography concept to better highlight product and inspire customers.

  • Managed and mentored a team of designers while overseeing the concept, creation, and execution of brand assets across print and digital. Supported marketing, social, ecomm, retail, PR, influencer, and in-store initiatives, delivering cohesive creative across campaigns, events, and physical touchpoints, while managing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Content and concept creation for the launch of the adidas All Day app. Created integrated marketing and in-app creative that supported global brand stories and key product launches. Partnered with agencies to brief, direct, and deliver digital, video, print, and event creative, ensuring cohesive execution across channels and a strong connection to the target consumer.

  • Design and marketing strategy to support a line of apps & wearable products. Created communications for retail partners, designed graphics for grassroots events, and worked with BU leadership to develop content for internal and external marketing strategy.
